A taste of home

Taquería El Sazón was born from a family kitchen and a love for the bold, smoky, citrus-bright flavors of Mexican street food. Every recipe — from our al pastor marinade to our tomatillo salsa — comes straight from generations of cooking in our family.

We press our tortillas by hand, simmer our beans low and slow, and grill our meats over open flame. Nothing fancy. Just real food, made with care, served with pride to our Goldsboro neighbors.
